• Faculty: Create Your Own Combined Courses (Monday, March 19, 2018)
  

  Are you teaching more than one section of the same course? Do you need a combined course (one course which has enrolled students from both sections)? Now, an easy-to-use self-help tool exists to enable you to create your own combined courses. Give it a try here! Please note that combined courses will be created the next morning.

• Change to Inline Grading (Annotation) with Blackboard’s Assignment Tool (Friday, January 12, 2018)
  

  REMINDER for Instructors! Crocodoc, the supporting technology for annotating online assignments within Blackboard’s inline grading, was acquired by After Box Inc. With the end of life date for Crocodoc approaching, Blackboard will transition to a new tool called New Box View by January 15, 2018. Additional details available here.

• Mobile Apps for Instructors and Students (Tuesday, August 22, 2017)
  

  Blackboard Instructor App - gives instructors a quick and easy way to manage courses, interact with students, and view content. You can see a tour of Blackboard Instructor App here OR read more here.

  Blackboard Student App - offers enhanced features such as: Activity stream( a smart view of prioritized events and actions), Assignments and Tests (allows viewing, completion, and submission of tests and assignments), Grades, Web Conferencing (participate in Blackboard Collaborate Web Conference sessions through this app – not a separate one). Get the BB student app from Google Play, Apple App Store or Microsoft.
